Best Quality Movers was founded by two brothers, Alex and Nick, in 2010. Prior to establishing their company, both of them worked in the moving industry for about three years.
Alex and Nick started their moving services in San Fernando Valley area by using U-Haul rental trucks. They had their cousin posting an advertisement for them through Craigslist. Finally, in 2010, they decided to purchase an 18-foot truck and hiring some helpers. From that point on things went well and the company began to grow in a speed of light.
They have studied the market from A to Z. The company founders of BQM set a goal: to be on top in Los Angeles moving industry by quality performance and professionalism. At this point, we can surely say that they have achieved that goal.
Every employee, from the owners to helpers of the company – strives to provide quality service to every customer. By providing moving services at the highest level, we highlight a few basic principles of our work: professional approach, good planning of each move, a detailed consultation with customers, adequate prices for moving services. That is why our percentage of returning customers reaches 35% from overall booking. Word of mouth has always been helpful for us, but besides that we are currently present on consumer review web sites, such as: Angie’s List, Yelp, Home Advisor and Google Reviews.
